When Life Gives You a Face Like This

Get over it, right? No use sticking your head in the mud. Life's too short to spend it moping in the couch. Meet Little Lynn (Yes, she's named after me. If you bring a pet in the house, it gets your name.). I found her 12 years ago in a box of puppies at the pet store. A "Jack-a-poo" as we like to call her. Father: Jack Russell, Mother: Poodle. We sometimes call her Sid the Sloth.

 "Doesn't anyone love me?"

Today's message: When life gives you a face like Little Lynn's or Sid's, make the most of it. Be your own kind of beautiful.

*The clip of Sid is only 12 seconds and adorable.

  1. Life is too short not to be cute! Love Little Lynn. She probably thinks you guys rush through life too fast. Life is to be savored, to be appreciated, ... to be slept through!! Thanks for the smiles your photo of Little Lynn birthed, Roland

    1. She's a lounger and a pouter. She slinks around the house, even though she's the star in all of our eyes. It's hilarious!

  4. Oh Sid, you are loved!! :-)

And there are some things, people and animals that are so ugly they're cute. That is not the case with Little Lynn :-) Little Lynn is just adorable!!! Just look at those big round eyes. Oh wait, you already do :-)

  6. Little Lynn has the same sad, sad face as my dog, Bugsy. He feels like no one loves him either...but a lot of it's his own fault. haha. But at least he cheers up on the weekends; everyone's home!

  7. I feel for Little Lynn. I really do. It's tough when you are a-mouse-of-a-dog. I mean you are no Rotweiler, no Greyhound, no Grand Pyrenees. That would make anyone insecure.
